Hi i should of noticed this thread earlier.  Sad.     Sunday 11th november there are a few off us from procomp doing the bookatrack day at snetterton for £150 open pitlane.

We are using the day for some of the people who have shown an interest in the locost and kits championships to come along and get a feel for the cars and championship. so another locost car out there would be good if it's of any interest to you.

Cheers Matt

Matt,

Theres a slim chance I'll be there with my locost, but Ive got some work being done on it this week so not 100% sure yet

Andy Pointer will be there with his locost that he ran this year.

Either way I'll be there as a helper or driving so I'll come & say hello.

Cheers

Yep, 5 minutes ago, your quick off the mark.

Was toying with the idea of joining my brother (Andrew D, Green Westfield) at cadwell but as its last minute chose snetterton as I'm only 20 miles up the road at norwich. and there will be another couple of locosts to play with.

AHH i would leave the westfields allone. They start getting upset when a locost keeps chasing thier 200bhp round the corners. And they will never let you past  Grin.

See you there. Cheers Matt

Matt, Good to meet you and cheers for your advice at Snett on the overheating issues (Blown Head Gasket). Have ordered three head sets (Optimistic eh?). but will deffo mod the cooling system as you said. I've got Andy P's as a pattern so shouldnt be too difficult to deal with.

Cheers
