Changes to the Blue Book for 2007

In the latest issue of the MSA's Motorsports Now magazine there are some proposed changes for next year's Blue Book. Most of it seems to be for karts or rally but there are some "Common Rules For Competitors" bits.
One of the bits that i think applies to us as well is that there will be a requirement for either a second, internal, electrical kill switch or at least that the driver can operate the external switch whilst normally seated.
Like a lot of people, my external kill switch is on the far side of the scuttle so i'll either have to move it or fit an extra one for next year.
