Is it against the rules to carry a video camera onboard a Locost during a race?

I've run one for most races over the last two years and the scrutes have cleared it every time.  Their main concern is just that it's solidly mounted to the vehicle and not likely to detach and become a missile.

The only 'regulatory' problem i've come across is Motorsport Vision's insistence on having permission from them to take any form of video footage whilst on circuit.  You have to get a form from the circuit office at each track which you then take to scrutineering.  At Thruxton they said you should have this form sorted at least 2 weeks before the race meeting, though i think they were trying to wind me up.

Nick Lear has a good set-up as does James Gibbons. They have the recording part seperate to the lense part.

Not sure of the quality. Rob's been through a few types so maybe he can tell us more??
